Tropical Tanning & Beauty is operated by Tropical Tanning & Beauty NE Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 17533242, trading from 6 Oxford Road, Linthorpe, Middlesbrough, TS5 5DT.
Beauty appointments
Choose a treatment and available time, then complete payment to confirm a basket booking. An appointment awaiting payment is not a confirmed booking. Contact the salon if you need to change or cancel a beauty appointment.
Sunbed sessions
Sunbeds and tanning minutes are for adults aged 18 and over. Staff age verification and consultation requirements still apply to online customers. Sunbed bookings can be cancelled from your account up to two hours before the appointment.
Prepaid tanning minutes expire if they are not used for 12 months. The 12 months restart each time you use a sunbed or buy minutes. We will email you 14 days before any minutes expire so you have time to use them. Your account stays open after minutes expire.
Purchases and queries
Online payments are processed by Teya. Retail products are collected at the salon. For a payment query, cancellation or refund request, call 01642 818333 with your booking or order details. This information does not affect your statutory rights.
